Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2016 made Crl.M.P.No.2437 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1402 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 06/06/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
