This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai in E.P.No.80 of 1/3

2011 in O.S.No.115 of 2003, dated 01.02.2021. 2.Today(19.10.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Second Appeal in S.A(MD) No.200 of 2021 filed as against the concurrent findings of the Courts below in A.S.No.6 of 2013, dated 07.08.2019 and O.S.No.115 of 2003, dated 03.03.2011 was dismissed by this Court and hence the matter becomes infructuous. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
