O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter Yogasree aged 18 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue and the detenue is aged about 15 years by name Yogasree. While being so, she was studying I year B.A(History) at Fatima College, Madurai and she was missing from 21.01.2025. Therefore the petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent and the same has been registered in Crime No.29 of 2026 under 'woman missing'. During investigation the second respondent found that the detenue is major and she is aged about 18 years. She eloped with the third respondent who is a married person. Infact the third respondent also lodged complaint before the second respondent and the same is pending investigation. The detenue being

major she on her own volition eloped with the third respondent . Infact the petitioner also averred in the affidavit that the detenue eloped with the third respondent who is married man.

3. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed.
