Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MOHIDEEN BASHA.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11190 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.345 of 2020, dated 03.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11190 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.345 of 2020, dated 03.01.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified.
