[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the sixth respondent-Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission would submit that the complaint raised by the petitioner has already been addressed, action was initiated and the criminal case registered was transferred to Central Bureau of Investigation, as per the directions of this Court dated 14.12.2021 passed in W.P.(MD) No.1926 of 2020.
