K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.04.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5770 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 07.00 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
