2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that the name transfer has already been effected in favour of the fifth respondent on 12.02.2024. This is confirmed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for TANGEDCO also. The writ petition is for forbearing the authorities from effecting such transfer. The matter has become infructuous. 2/4
