ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul to dispose of the case in C.C.No.300 of 2020.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions would contend that C.C.No.300 of 2020 is posted for appearance of the accused on 21.04.2021 and that there are fourteen witnesses for examination on the side of the prosecution. He also contended that all the witnesses would be produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate as expeditiously as possible.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, to dispose of C.C.No.300 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.
