ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that since 2020, no general body meeting has been convened. The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India is now seized of the matter. It is stated that leave has been granted in SLP filed by the petitioner and final hearing is likely takes place in the first weeks of August 2024.
2.When the Hon'ble Apex Court is seized of the matter, it may not be appropriate for the writ Court to pass any direction. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
