Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, in Crime No.505 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.12.2015, the defacto complainant entered into the Court premises for the purpose of producing one Archana and Athipan in connection with Crime No.167 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police. At that time, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and prevented her from discharging official duty.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a practising Advocate and he requested the defacto complainant to permit his client/mother of Archana to talk with her daughter. At that time, quarrel arose between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Due to which, she has given a false complaint against the petitioner. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
