ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A.7 in Crime No.249 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, for offence under Section 302 I.P.C. altered into Sections 302, 201, 202, 212, 342 and 120(b) I.P.C. The petitioner was under judicial custody from 05.12.2014. He has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner is under judicial custody for the past 25 days and hence he seeks bail for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the occurrence had taken place on 21.05.2014 and the petitioner is A.7 and he has given shelter to A.5 and A.6 and the petitioner was arrested on 05.12.2014.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by both sides, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

4. In the result, this petition is ordered and bail is granted to the petitioner on the following conditions: - (i) The Petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties

each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramnad; and (ii) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 30/12/2014 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
