O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person on the complaint made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent dated 23.10.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.14 of 2015 has already been registered.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.14 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
