ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under section 366(A) IPC and Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Tamil Nadu Child Marriage Restraining Act, 2006 in Crime No.14 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused had love affair with one minor girl namely Shalini aged about 14 years and abducted her for marriage.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the mother of the victim girl and she is in no way connected with the alleged occurrence.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the state and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police authorities by all means. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petitioner for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
