Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of an enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.02.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that one Antony Sami lodged a complaint against the present petitioner and the same was registered in C.No.P4/04769/314/2021 and posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
