PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to take necessary action for implementing the decision taken on 19.02.2020 in the Peace Committee Meeting held by the second respondent and consequently take necessary action to stop the illegal activities of the respondents 6 to 13 for conducting 'Mahasivarathiri Festival' and the 'Sri Valli Thirumangam' at 'Arulmigu Pattatharasi Amman Temple', Kinnimangalam Village, Madurai District on 01.03.2022, providing first honors and preserve the peace, law and order at Kinnimangalam Vilage, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 02.02.2022 and 03.02.2022.
