ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A.3 in Crime No.574 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, for offence under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w 7(1)(a)(ii) of E.C. Act, 1955 The petitioner was under judicial custody from 29.11.2014. He has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is A.3 and he is a lorry driver and he is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and hence, he seeks bail for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is A.3, who is a lorry driver and A.1 and A.2 have purchased 45 bags of PDS rice and loaded in the petitioner's vehicle and the PDS rice has been seized.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by both sides, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

5. In the result, this petition is ordered and bail is granted to the petitioner on the following conditions: - (i) The Petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.VI, Tiruchirappalli; and (ii) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 30/12/2014 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
