Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the proceedings of the 2nd 1/4

respondent in sales rejection letter, dated 08.12.2023, and direct the respondent to give priority as per previous bid, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.02.2024.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Mr.K.S.Duraipandian, counsel for petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to take appropriate proceedings by way of filing a suit against respondents. Counsel states, at least, Bank should return the bid amount.

2. Mr.C.Karthik, counsel for respondents, states, that the bid amount has been returned, which the counsel for petitioner denies.

3. If Bank has not returned the bid amount, the same shall be returned within one week.
