Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.THIRUNAVUKKARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Advocate for R1 and MR.PRABHU RAMACHANDRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- As per earlier direction of this Court, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed a status report before this Court, today. 2.On perusal of the status report, it could be seen that the first respondent has agreed not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property as tenant by the petitioner till the disposal of the Civil case. The petitioner also satisfied with the aforesaid agreement and requests this Court to close this application.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this petition.
