2.The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation before the first respondent seeking the relief now sought for. The first respondent shall grant personal hearing to the petitioner and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
