ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petition for bail in Crime No.54 of 2014 for alleged offences under Sections 174 Cr.P.C @ 302 of IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that co-accused has already been granted bail by the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.2820 of 2014 dated 28.11.2014.

3. Heard the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side). 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is being a lady and having two kids and she is in custody from 08.11.2014, I am inclined to grant her bail.

5.Ordered as under;

(i) Bail granted;

(ii) Two sureties, who shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram, Ramanathapuram District. (iii) Petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
