Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.THIRUVARUTSELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 05.01.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.24876 of 2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
