ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.576 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has assaulted the defacto complainant with hands and also abused him with filthy language.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the state and also perused the entire materials available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai, Karur District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police authorities by all means.
6.
