This petition has been filed to withdraw HMOP No.163 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Aathoor and transfer the same to the Honourable Subordinate court, Thirumangalam.

2.The facts in brief:

The marriage was solemnized between the parties on 11.09.2019. Out of the wedlock they gave birth a male child. Thereafter the respondent and his family members demanded more dowry. Due to which dispute arose between them. The respondent filed the above said H.M.O.P. proceedings before the Subordinate Court, Athoor. Since the petitioner is facing difficulties to travel such long distance to attend every hearing before the Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam. Hence, seeking transfer of the same, this petition has been filed. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the respondent was served with notice, none appears on behalf of him. His name was also printed in the cause list.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the convenience of the wife, the H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2023 filed by the respondent on the file of the Subordinate Court, Aatur, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam.

5.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.03.2024 NCC :
