This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3788 of 2024 in Crl.RC(MD) No.1183 of 2023, dated 27.03.2024.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order, dated 27.03.2024 modified the earlier condition and directed the petitioner to report before the concerned trial Court once in three months until further orders. 3.Since this Court has already modified the condition and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned trial Court once in three months, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions further. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
