2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos. 7535 of 2017 are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition from 05.07.2017 and the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7534 of 2017 is complying with the condition from 30.06.2017 and investigation has not been completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
