PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents 1 and 3 to provide necessary Police Protection to the petitioner's life and limp and further to take action against the fifth Respondent, from illegally detained the petitioner from seeing her daughters, by considering the petitioner's representation dated on 29.01.2022, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents 1 and 3 to provide necessary Police Protection to the petitioner's life and limp and further to take action against the fifth Respondent, from illegally detained the petitioner from seeing her daughters, by considering the petitioner's representation dated on 29.01.2022, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the third respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not called for the enquiry and not served with any notice.

4.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter party, ie., the fifth respondent and pass appropriate orders, after giving opportunities of hearing them, within two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
