CR. NO.16/2016 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.6679 of 2016 dated 21.4.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.SANJAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 28.04.2016 and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 21.04.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6679 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the said Court on every hearing regularly.
