2.The petitioner seeks re-issuance of passport. The petitioner's application has been put on hold because the petitioner is in possession of two birth certificates. The petitioner has to cancel the erroneous one and produce the same before the respondent. Thereupon, the petitioner's application will be processed and the petitioner's passport will be re-issued. 3.This writ petition is disposed of on these terms.
