RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8100 of 2016 as the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police as and when required instead of the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Poonamalle daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other orders. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Doctor in Dr.Ramachandra Medical College Hospital at Chennai and he is giving treatment to patient in the said medical College Hospital at Chennai, due to which, he is unable to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamelee daily at 10.30 am.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8100 of 2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Poonamalee daily at 10.30 am untilfurther orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamalee daily at 4.00 pm until further orders.
