ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 02.01.2018 seeking to grant new electricity connection to his property has not been considered by the respondent till date and therefore, he has filed the present writ petition.

2. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that they have not received any application from the petitioner. In case if they receive any application and found to be in order, the same will be considered favourably.

3. As such the petitioner is granted liberty to submit a copy of the representation dated 02.01.2018 to the respondent herein and on receipt of such a representation, if it is found to be in order, the respondent herein shall cause service connection to the petitioner's property within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
