Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Chennai. 3.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Senior counsel submitted that the said award has since been stayed by the Principal Bench. Therefore, no relief can be granted by this Court. The Writ Petition at this stage cannot be decided till the out come of the matter pending before the Principal Bench of this Court. 4.This Writ Petition stands dismissed.

No costs.
