ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to give the compassionate appointment order to the petitioner, in accordance with scheme by disposing Na.Ka.No.A2/47639/2007, dated 25.05.2015 pending before him.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner was issued with appointment order by the proceeding, dated 17.09.2018.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
