ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to conduct election to the Executive Committee and office bearers of Pattapathu Jumma Masjid by inviting nominations followed by Secret ballot voting methods in consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2018. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the third respondent, Observer of the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board, has already conducted election and results were also announced.

dismissed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the election alleged to have been conducted by the third respondent is they so aggrieved. No costs.
