ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC., on the file of the respondent police, and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he is nothing to do with the alleged offence.

3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice I.e., 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., for interrogation.The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. The anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner is only for the purpose of enabling the petitioner to appear before the Police for interrogation and if any case has been registered on the basis https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the investigation, the anticipatory bail granted shall not enure to the benefit of the petitioner and she will have to seek anticipatory bail through Court.

5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
