ORDER

The petitioner, claims to be the owner of the property in survey No.9/8b, measuring to an extent of 0.18.5 ars i.e., 45 cents at Oththai Alangulam village in Thiruparakundram Taluk, Madurai District, filed an application before the respondents to survey the above land and demarcate the boundary lines. He has also paid necessary fee for the same. But, no order is forthcoming till date. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 2.Considering the fact that the petitioner's application is pending for a long time without passing any orders, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 04.07.2017 and survey the land, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as interested parties if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
