ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur to expedite the trial of the case in 1/4

C.C.No.58 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/complainant has filed a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C against the respondent for the offence under Sections 138 r/w 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate, after completing all the necessary formalities, has taken the case on file in C.C.No.58 of 2019 and that after the completion of the complainant evidence, the case has been posted for questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

4. The main contention of the petitioner is that the case is pending from 2019 onwards and the trial is in part heard stage. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, to complete the trial and dispose of the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
