ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondent to give electricity service connection in the name of the Sri Kaliamman temple situated at Kachakaranpatti, Palayam Post, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the poojari of the above said temple and he filed an application before the respondent seeking service connection, which has been rejected on the ground that he has not produced any revenue record regarding ownership of the property, for which, the petitioner sought service connection. In the above circumstances, this writ petition has been filed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner did not produce any records, showing ownership of the property, in which the temple is situated and in the event of the petitioner producing required documents, it will be considered by the respondent.

4.In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file an application along with all the required documents before the respondent and if such application is filed along with all relevant records, the same shall be considered by the respondent. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
