[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the first respondent to take necessary steps for construction of a new building in Pudukottai Sub Registrar's Office at Mudivaithanendal in Vagaikulam Village in S.No.1567 A/1, based on G.O.Ms.No.113, dated 19.08.2019.

2. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is misconceived. Constructing building in Sub Registrar's Office is an administrative decision to be taken by the Department. High Court cannot be expected to interfere with the routine administration of the Government Department. Thus, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
