ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property comprised in Old Survey No.141/77, New Survey No. 141/85, situated at Koppu South Village, Anthanallur union, Srirangam taluk, Trichy, by considering the petitioner application, dated 19.01.2024 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.By consent of both parties, considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Perused the materials on record.

4.The petitioner is the owner of the property comprised in Old Survey No.141/77, New Survey No.141/85, situated at Koppu South Village, Anthanallur union, Srirangam taluk, Trichy District. The petitioner acquired 2/5

title over the said property by the strength of registered partition deed, dated 22.12.2007 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Woraiyur, Trichy District. The petitioner was allotted with the 'B' schedule property - Item Nos.2, 3 & 4, his younger brother Annadurai was allotted with 'C' schedule property - Item No.2 and his another younger brother Vadivelu got 'D' schedule property - Item No.2 in the said Survey Number. Hence for the purpose of fixing four boundaries, the petitioner gave application to survey the said property and paid appropriate fee along with the application. However, the same was not acted upon, this writ petition came to be filed.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the properties in Old Survey No.141/77, New Survey No.141/85, situated at Koppu South Village, Anthanallur union, Srirangam taluk, Trichy by considering the petitioner's application dated 19.01.2024 after giving notice to all the stakeholders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
