Respondents PRAYER : Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the Detention Order passed by the 2nd respondent in Detention Order in P.D.O.No.78 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, Gangadevan @ Gangadharan, aged about 26 years, before this Court and set him at liberty, now detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli.
