PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Se.Mu.AE12/011158/2022, dated 06.09.2022 and quash the same as per se illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to pay all the monetary benefits to the petitioner including the benefit of the 7th Pay Commission from 12.11.2001, along with arrears within a time stipulated by this Court.
