ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to complete investigation in Crime No.185 of 2009 and to file final report.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has produced the report of the respondent stating that the case in Crime No.185 of 2009 is closed as "mistake of fact".
4.Even though it is stated to have been closed long back, the report is yet to be filed before the Magistrate concerned. Therefore, the respondent is directed to produce the report before the Magistrate concerned within a period of three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
