This petition is filed to direct the respondents, to register a case against the accused persons, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.11.2015.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint, dated 30.11.2015, petition enquiry was conducted by the 3rd respondent police and subsequently, it was closed . 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed. The 3rd respondent police is directed to furnish the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
