Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to furnish the results of personal interview held on 26.12.2017 for the post of Extension Officer Grade (II) in Madurai District Cooperative Milk Producers Union and consequently make appointments for the said post based on the results of personal interview without further delay.

Heard Mr. A.Mithunchakravarthi, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. M.Murugan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first and second respondents.

2. The petitioner was one of the candidates for the post of Extension Officer Grade (II) in the second respondent/Union. His contention is that even though the interview is over, the results are yet to be published.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the results will be published within a week's time from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
