Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned communication dated 30.11.2017 passed by the fourth respondent so far as it relates to rejection of payment of the terminal benefit to the petitioner is concerned and quash the same as illegal and further directing the respondents to settle the entire terminal benefits to the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
