Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.240 of 2015: Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying for a direction to the Respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 14.11.2014 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.288 of 2015: Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying for a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.460 of 2014 pending on the file of the fifth Respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent or any other police official for completing the investigation and file charge sheet in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

C O M M O N O R D E R The Crl.O.P.No.240 of 2015 has been filed for a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 14.11.2014 and the Crl.O.P.No.288 of 2015 has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.460 of 2014 pending on the file of the fifth Respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent or any other police official for completing the investigation and file charge sheet in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. On consideration of rival submissions and the counter of the respondent, these Criminal Original Petitions shall stand closed with a direction to the respondents to furnish the copy of the referred charge sheet to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and it is open to the petitioner to move the protest petition.
