P No. 3612/2017 in Crl. O. P (MD) No. 1477/2017 dated 15.06.2017 and directing the Petitioner to appear before Kottar Police Station on every Monday at 10.30 A.

M Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.T.PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the Criminal Original Petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original Petition and investigation has not been completed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed. This petition is ordered accordingly.
