RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of extension of time, granted in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 8281 of 2017 dated 03.07.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.RAMAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to surrender before the concerned Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 3.This Court by order dated 03.07.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8281 of 2017 while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 3 weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready. It is seen that the order copy was made ready on 05.07.2017 and the present petition is filed on 26.07.2017, which is within time.

4.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time is extended by one week from the date on which the order copy is made ready. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
