[Order of the Court was delivered by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.V.Shanthakumaresan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and the second respondents. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition to forbear the respondents from initiating the proceedings in taking over the possession of the property, till the disposal of I.A.No.6 of 2018 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.A.S.R.No.4648 of 2016, pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai and it appears that the appeal is pending for more than a year. However, since the application is still pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, we grant the petitioner three weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to obtain appropriate orders from the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, failing which, the respondents are directed to proceed further in accordance with law.

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
