For Petitioners : M/s.K.Jenitha (in all W.Ps.) For Respondents : Mrs.S.Srimathy (in all W.Ps.) Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER The petitioners were originally appointed as Plot Watchers. They have been promoted as Forest Watcher. Their grievance is that their juniors were given promotion as Forest Watcher earlier point of time. Therefore, seeking promotion retrospectively on the same date when the juniors were given promotion, the petitioners had given representation. The said representations are yet to be considered. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition.
2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above direction, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
